Direction for Use:

Sit or lie down in a relaxed position and tilt your head slightly backward

Put 2–3 drops of the oil into each nostril using a dropper

Sniff gently so the oil spreads inside the nasal passages

Remain in the same position for a minute to let it absorb properly

Wipe or spit out any excess oil that comes into the throat
