Shipping Method

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail
Default shipping service: Tracked 48 (unless another option is selected)

Delivery Timeframes

Tracked 48: 2–5 working days after dispatch (may take up to 7 days in some areas, usually 2–3 days)
Tracked 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery after dispatch
Same Day Collection from our Harrow Clinic available (conditions apply)

Option 1: Delivery via European Agent (Recommended)

We handle customs clearance for you
Guaranteed delivery or full refund

Important Notes

Tracking is shared after dispatch within Europe
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched to Europe
Partial refunds may be possible depending on dispatch status
Delays may occur due to parcel size or stock availability

Option 2: Direct Shipping from UK

Estimated Delivery Times

Europe: 5–10 working days
Rest of World: 7–12 working days

Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for customs duties and VAT
If customs charges are not paid:
- The parcel may be returned or destroyed
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Product cost will only be refunded if the parcel is returned
