We ship worldwide. It is our honour and privilege to serve customers across the globe, no matter where you are located.

You can find products in two easy ways:

Once you find the product you want, click “Add to Cart.
You can modify quantities or remove items anytime before checkout. After finalising your cart, click “Checkout”, enter your details in our secure checkout area, and place your order. We’ll take care of the rest.

Orders that are in stock are usually dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 2–5 working days in the UK.

You will receive email updates with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect address or postcode
  • Nobody available at the delivery address
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Force majeure or courier delays

We use Royal Mail for domestic deliveries.

European Union Orders

We ship EU orders twice monthly. Orders are consolidated, customs-cleared within the EU, and then forwarded to customers.

  • No additional VAT or customs duty payable by customers (except Norway & Switzerland)
  • Shipping charges:
    • £29.99 for parcels up to 2 kg
    • £34.99 for parcels up to 10 kg

Orders Outside the EU
Import duties, VAT, and customs charges depend on the destination country and are beyond our control. Some island or remote locations may incur additional shipping charges.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

If you don’t receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number and name.

If your parcel does not move for 3 days, please contact us immediately.

All missing or damaged item complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

For order collection or medicine pickup, appointment is mandatory.

We are based in Harrow, London, United Kingdom.

All orders are dispatched from our Harrow, London warehouse, where we stock our inventory.

Due to expiry date considerations, we maintain limited stock.

Tracked-24 and Guaranteed Next Day services receive priority dispatch over Tracked-48.

Royal Mail delivery timelines may vary by postcode.

We aim to provide the best possible expiry dates.

  • Single-bottle orders usually have minimum 3 months expiry
  • Some products have shorter shelf lives (e.g., Aloe Vera Juice)
  • Products with 1-month expiry are still safe to consume

Customers requiring longer expiry must call us directly. Notes left at checkout may be ignored.

Yes, we offer consultations.

Charges:

  • Initial Consultation: £75 (up to 60 minutes)
  • Follow-up: £30 (10–15 minutes)

Medicines and treatments are charged separately.

Patients must fill out a form and submit it to book:

  • Face-to-face consultations
  • Video consultations (exceptional cases only)

Consultations are usually conducted in the morning and often require patients to attend on an empty stomach.

Ayurvedic medicines are traditionally used for natural wellness. However, we recommend consulting a qualified practitioner before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication.

Yes. All products are sourced from trusted Ayurvedic manufacturers and handled with care to ensure authenticity and quality.
