We also have Dabur Shilajit Gold and Double Gold, which are similar products but comparatively less number of Ingredients.
Even Patanjali’s Youvan Gold Plus and Youvanamrit Vati Tablets are quite useful. If you are ok with Churna/powder, then Youvan Churan is better.
Dosage- One capsule twice a day preferably with Milk or as directed by the Ayurvedic Physician.
