Mode of Action of Key Ingredients:
- Arsenicum album: Eases burning pains, especially at night, improved by warmth.
- Colocynthis: Alleviates sharp, flashlike neuralgic pains in the intercostal region.
- Ranunculus bulbosus: Treats violent chest-wall pain, particularly neuralgic-rheumatic pain, eased by constant movement.
Dosage:
- For severe pain, take 10 to 15 drops in water every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- As symptoms improve, reduce dosage to every 1-3 hours.
- To prevent relapse, continue with 10-15 drops once daily over a variable period.
